What the hell has it helped in the upliftment of the lower classes since independence.....????????????
What is the use of it if the reserved class people still dont even try to uplift themselves intelectually rather than thanking government for these high percentage of reservations in each n every field????
Is giving more privileges to them at the cost of deprivement of deserving people good???
